HUNTSVILLE (TAB) — Bob Pitman, evangelist, shared from Habakkuk 3:17 at the Alabama Baptist Pastors Conference morning session. The passage is a summary of coming judgment, Pitman explained. “It may not seem to be such a big deal today, but people in those times were agricultural people. … A complete destruction of the vegetable world as they knew it was going to happen. There could not have been a worse judgment than that,” Pitman said. “What do you do when things just cannot get any worse? … Do you burry your head in the sand? Do you throw in the towel? What do you do?” Pitman explained that’s what verse 18 is all about — remember the power of “Yet;” “Remember the person of whom you belong;” and remember “the provision He has made for you.”
