Three Egyptian Cousins Go to Libya; None Comes Back Alive

BENGHAZI, Libya (TAB, MS) — Since March 2013, 13 Egyptian Christians have been killed in Benghazi, Libya, and the surrounding area, and the most recent victim of the killings in Libya died March 29.
One Coptic family in Egypt has experienced the loss of two relatives to Benghazi gunmen, and a third relative has been missing after he was thought to have been abducted by Islamic militants in 2012. He is presumed dead, but the family continues to hope that he will be found alive.
This Coptic family is the only extended family in Egypt known to have lost more than one family member in Benghazi.
