Dozens respond to Christ at YEC 2016

More than 775 students gathered Saturday morning for the second day of the Youth Evangelism Conference, held this year at First Baptist Church, Trussville.

Clayton King, a student ministry leader from South Carolina, challenged them to see Jesus for who He really is and give their whole life to him.

After that challenge, dozens gathered at the altar to give their lives to Christ for the first time.

To close the morning session, girls and guys went to separate breakout sessions to hear again from King and his wife, Sharie. They challenged each group to maintain purity until marriage.
